I offer holistic massage as a way to support your body, mind, and spirit in returning to balance. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, combining therapeutic touch with intuitive presence.

I work gently yet deeply to release tension, ease physical discomfort, and create space for relaxation and renewal. My intention is to hold a safe and nurturing space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel truly cared for.

Reiki

Gentle energy healing to clear blockages, calm the mind, and support deep inner peace.

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful practice that I offer to support your energetic and emotional well-being. During a session, I act as a channel for universal life force energy, allowing it to flow where it’s most needed. This can help dissolve energetic blocks, calm the nervous system, and bring a sense of deep peace and clarity.

 

You simply rest fully clothed while I place my hands lightly on or just above your body. Each experience is unique, and I hold space for whatever arises with compassion and care.

Yogaflow

A breath-led movement practice to ground, energize, and bring you home to yourself.

In my Yogaflow classes, I invite you to move with awareness, breathe with intention, and connect more deeply with your inner self.

 

This practice weaves together flowing sequences, mindful breath, and moments of stillness to cultivate strength, flexibility, and calm.

 

I guide each session with presence and care, offering options so you can honor your body and your pace. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, I welcome you just as you are.
